How long does it take to complete an order?
Can I inspect the goods before receiving them?
You must pay before any item begins processing. For Particular Personalized Orders Rough Drafts can be made. Dependent on request(s) additional fees may be added and unexpected delay
What should I do if there is a problem with my custom order?
Since all Items are customed made, we have a no return policy. All Sales are Final. If an issue does occur with your order. We will resolve it on a case by case basis.
How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping takes between 3 and 5 business days for standard delivery. We do offer next-day delivery if your need is urgent.
What photos work best?
Since All Items are custom made, it depends on what you want completed. Crystals nearly any Picture will do. Bobble Heads require just a close up of whoever face you want on it. Figurines will want multiple pictures so we can see as many angles of you or the model as possible.
